Return Eligibility

We accept returns for garden-storage-shed and lawn-mower under certain conditions.

(No signs of use, no installation attempts, and all parts/accessories must remain intact.)

The product is in its original packaging
(Box, manuals, accessories, and protective materials must be included.)

You received the wrong item
(Wrong model, size, color, or variant of garden-storage-shed or lawn-mower.)

The product arrived damaged or has quality issues
(Physical damage during delivery or manufacturing defects. Clear photos/videos must be provided.)

Non-Returnable Conditions

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns if:

The item shows signs of use or installation

The packaging or accessories are missing

Damage occurred due to customer misuse, improper setup, or external factors

The product was customized or modified after delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

If rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
